This workshop addresses the heart of the leader by looking at what it means to live by the most important command in the Bible—to love the Lord our God with all our heart, all our soul, all our mind, and all our strength.
TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERS LIVE FOR GOD’S KINGDOM
This workshop utilizes the teaching about God’s Kingdom in the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5-7) and helps leaders grow in the character, values, practices, priorities, and choices of God’s Kingdom.

This workshop asks and answers four questions:

This workshop will be helpful to pastors who may wonder why some of the people in their church are not growing in their faith, and what they can do to help them experience growth in Christ.
TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERS ACT AS STEWARDS OF GOD’S RESOURCES
This workshop helps pastors and leaders learn how to be godly stewards of God’s mission, God’s people, God’s time, and God’s money. Many pastors find it helpful to learn more about becoming a faithful manager of the good gifts God has given us as leaders.
TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERS OFFER CLEAR LEADERSHIP TO GOD’S PEOPLE
This workshop helps leaders learn how to provide clear direction to the church by understanding how to describe the mission of the church, the vision of the church, the pathway to accomplish the vision, and the methods of measuring our progress.
TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERS DEVELOP, EMPOWER, AND RELEASE NEW LEADERS
This workshop uses the letters of Paul to Timothy to help us understand how to develop the next generation of leaders so they are ready to accomplish what God wants them to do.
